Hiring a foreign worker usually takes anywhere between 2 to 6 months. Now there are many factors that affect the time -
  • Type of job role and experience we need from workers.
  • Selection and finalizing the workers after a round of interviews.
  • VISA processing time depending on the worker’s country of residence.
  • Immigration program under which they are eligible to apply.
Depending on the requirement of our Employers such as profile, profession, or industry we conduct interviews, our overseas associates conduct their practical tests for the skills or trades they are being hired for, references check, and behavioral interviews. At last, you will have the final call to interview the worker and sign their job contract.
Unlike other recruitment companies or immigration consultants, we do not mix recruitment and immigration.
Our separate team of associated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) is in good standing with the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and committed to taking care of your Canada Immigration needs.
