Immigration Doesn't Have To Be Confusing.

Many people come to us after feeling confused by immigration rules, uncertain about which program is right for them, or frustrated by a lack of communication elsewhere. One of the strongest promises we make is that after a consultation with us, a client should leave with a crystal-clear understanding of how the relevant programs work in PEI, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or the Atlantic region generally.

EXPERTISE & SERVICE AREAS

Expertise & Service Areas

Humble Consultancy provides both client-side and employer-side immigration support. Our strongest focus is immigration services for individuals already living and working in Atlantic Canada, particularly in PEI and New Brunswick. At the same time, we also assist employers with LMIA-related needs.

PEI PNP and New Brunswick PNP

We are experts in Provincial Nominee Programs for Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. We help clients understand which stream fits their profile, prepare their expressions of interest, respond to invitations, and build strong provincial applications for representation to the nominee office.

Permanent Residency (PR)

We support clients all the way through the PR stage after provincial approval or other eligibility pathways. This includes preparing the PR file, reviewing documents, making sure the package is complete, and assisting with follow-up requests from IRCC.

Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)

For eligible clients and designated employers, we assist with Atlantic Immigration Program processes, including profile assessment, pathway selection, documentation preparation, and overall case support.

Express Entry

For clients eligible under Express Entry, we help with profile creation, score strategy, document organization, and submission planning.

Spousal Sponsorship

We also assist with spousal sponsorship files and ensure these applications are handled by team members experienced in family-based immigration processes.

LMIA Applications for Employers

Our company also supports employers who need help hiring foreign workers. We assist with LMIA applications, documentation review, process guidance, and compliance-focused preparation so employers can move forward correctly and confidently.

WHO WE PRIMARILY HELP

Who We Primarily Help

In many cases, they need help understanding which stream to choose, how to improve their profile, whether they should change streams, how to submit their expression of interest, and how to progress from provincial nomination to permanent residency.

CONSULTATION & CLIENT ASSESSMENT

Consultation and Client Assessment

Our consultation process is designed to give clients meaningful value from the very beginning. Even though consultations are paid, the purpose is not simply to answer a few general questions. The purpose is to understand the client properly and provide real direction.

01

Detailed Questions

Ask detailed questions about the client’s background, status, work history, and future goals.

02

Profile Assessment

Assess the strengths and limits of the client’s profile.

03

Program Explanation

Explain how relevant programs work in PEI, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Atlantic Canada, where applicable.

04

Guidance

Guide the client toward the most suitable immigration streams.

05

Clarity & Confidence

Provide clarity so the client leaves with confidence, not confusion.

Our Commitment

One of our strongest service commitments is that clients should never walk out of our office with a foggy understanding of their options. They should leave knowing how the system works, what their best pathway is, and what steps come next.

Final Support

1. Consultation and profile assessment

We begin by understanding the client’s profile, asking detailed questions, reviewing work history and immigration status, and identifying the strongest pathways available.

2. Program selection and strategy

We determine whether the client is best suited for PNP, AIP, Express Entry, or another eligible route, and we explain the reasoning behind that recommendation.

3. Profile creation and system onboarding

Once retained, we create the client’s expression of interest or relevant immigration profile and onboard them into our internal system for ongoing tracking and support.

4. Document assessment and preparation

We review documents carefully, identify missing items, correct inconsistencies, and prepare the strongest possible file.

5. Invitation stage and provincial application

Once the client receives an invitation where applicable, we prepare the best possible application for representation to the provincial nominee office and submit the PNP application.

6. PR submission

After provincial approval or where the pathway requires it, we prepare and submit the permanent residency application to IRCC.

7. Post-submission support until final result

If additional documents or explanations are requested later, we continue supporting the file and assist the client all the way until permanent residency is granted.
